Despite the recent difficult corona force majeure cancellation and postponement of UMB events, and the current world economy situation, UMB and FIVE&SIX, CO., LTD reached an agreement concerning the Media and Marketing Rights.
Both, UMB and FIVE&SIX, CO., LTD, committed to a business-friendly relationship, with full satisfaction about the quality of the UMB events and the professional broadcasting productions by FIVE&SIX, CO., LTD, well-appreciated by all parties, Players, Organizers, and 3-Cushion fans, all over the world.
Tosecure this fruitful relationship between parties, UMB and FIVE&SIX, CO., LTD entered a new agreement for the coming four years, from January 1st, 2023, to December 31st, 2026.
Both parties are fully confident that this new agreement will mark a mutually beneficial relationship, all in favor of the exposure and level improvement of our 3-Cushion sport.
The HCMC World Cup was the first 3-Cushion event which was Live streamed on YouTube in 4 languages, English, Spanish, Korean and Vietnamese, and Live broadcasted on Sky Sports TV for 27 hours & 30 minutes, with average view rate 0.15 and the Final 0.28.
Therefore, starting from January 1st, 2023, the organizer will provide to FIVE&SIX accommodation for 8 persons, Internet bandwidth of 4 Mbps per table, and in case of Live on TV Channels, 2 separate Internet lines with 40 Mbps bandwidth in total.
It will be appreciated if organizers provide the same facilities for 2022 events, to able FIVE&SIX for keeping the same broadcasting standard.
The revenues obtained from the Media and Marketing Rights and sponsorship Partners, Classone, Gorina, Dynaspheres and Vector, are substantially used for financial support to the Organizers and Players prize money.
The new agreement was signed, in Ho Chi Minh City, on May 29th, 2022, by both representatives, Mr. Farouk Barki, UMB President, and Mr. Mr. Sung-Kyu OH, FIVE&SIX, CO., LTD CEO.
