THE SHARM EL SHEIKH WORLD CUP 2021 STARTS WITH PROMISSING SUCCESS
Following the successful World Cup of Veghel, The Netherlands, the World Cup of Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt, starts its sportive journey and fulfills its first day without any incident, in a spectacular atmosphere and a carefully accommodated venue where no detail is missing.
The video broadcast production team of FIVE&SIX INTL, the players, the team of referees and officials, present in a magnificent climate, open the competitions that in the next two weeks will determine the Sharm El Sheikh World Cup Winner 2021 and the Individual World Champion for the season 2021-2022.
The two events, as earlier mentioned, are both hosted at the Park Regency Resort, with its familiar magnificent ambiance, facing the red sea under the unique Egyptian sun warmth.
As you all may understand, next to the fulfilled entry requirements, as previously announced, the necessary COVID-19 safety measures are taken, with a well-balanced protocol, enabling the possibility to safely enjoy the matches and the pleasant stay at the Sharm El Sheikh Resort.
As a matter of courtesy and convenience, for those who may need a PCR test-proof for their flight back home, if required by their country of origin, there will be a PCR test facility present at the Park Regency Resort.

The end of the season corresponding to the year 2021 will be most exciting in Sharm El Sheikh, that will host the second World Cup of the year, from November 28th to December 4th, 2021, with the participation of 149 players coming from 21 countries.
In the last edition, held in December 2019 before the appearance of the Pandemic, it was the Italian player, and current number 2 of the world ranking, Marco Zanetti, who won after a spectacular tournament.
The top spots in the ranking are currently closely contested, with Marco Zanetti, Daniel Sanchez and Torbjorn Blomdahl cutting distances with Dick Jaspers, leading upon arrival in Egypt.
In the same Venue the World Championship will be played, from December 7th to 11th, for the sports season 2021 – 2022. In the last edition, held in Randers (DK), Torbjorn Blomdahl was the winner, and current World Champion, now defending the title in a draw of 48 players from four continents
The General Assembly of the Union Mondiale de Billard (UMB) will also be held at the same Park Regency Hotel that hosts the events.
It is an opportunity to follow these events with intensity. The matches will be LIVE broadcast through the YouTube channel of our partner FIVE&SIX INTL, enabling the worldwide 3-Cushion community to watch the competition and enjoy our sport again.
