Mr. Carlos Rivera, current CPB President, originated from Nicaragua, married, two daughters, industrial engineer and graphics professional, has been re-elected for the period 2020 – 2023, during the CPB General Assembly, held in Peru in August 2019.
Mr. Rivera dedicated a great part of his life to the promotion and development of the Billiards Sport both in Nicaragua and in the American continent.
He has been president of the Pan-American Billiard Confederation since 2012.
