Suspension: implications for UMB Members.

To whom it may concern.
As you may know, the UMB suspension of players that participated to the PBA tour has come into force as per July 15th, 2019, for one calendar year.
The Affiliated Federations and Confederations, that constitute the UMB, are bound by the Statutes to extend the suspension to their National and Confederal Championship Competitions, regardless of their own Statutes.
Any appeal or Court Case concerning the suspension of players must be directed to the UMB, as the highest body that pronounced the sanction, according to the appeal procedures.
