Subject: Situation between UMB and B&N
On Wednesday 19th and Thursday 20th of June several meetings took place where UMB and Bravo&New (B&N) once more exchanged opinions and views to find a mutual solution, which is really acceptable for all parties involved. At the same time representatives of B&N and Kozoom international met separately to investigate about a possible business arrangement. UMB did not participate in this meeting as it concerns a matter between B&N and Kozoom.
In spite of all efforts of all parties involved, no agreement could be reached. We still have our differences. A compromise was not possible. The situation between UMB and B&N (PBA) in this regard did not change as it was before the meeting. The UMB do not recognize the PBA competitions as before in several occasion has been communicated.
For the UMB following major issues have to be respected:
- To protect the unity of the sport on a global, confederal and national level the number of PBA tournaments cannot be higher than weeks are available in the international sports calendar of UMB.
- Mr. Lee has been informed that the situation between Korean Billard Federation (KBF) and B&N (PBA) must be resolved.
Both parties agreed to resolve all differences at the latest by 15th July 2019.
