Adapted only four months ago, last December in Hurghada, the new organizational issues and the closer collaboration with our partner Kozoom International, caused an immediate positive impact on the 3-Cushion World Cup circuit.
Organizers positively reacted to the new rules and the sports calendar is well filled for the coming five years. Also, the World Championships have shown a similar organizational increase. On top of this, the announcements to come concerning the Master tournaments and Continental Cups events, will mark a welcome new era for the broad billiard family.
A sports calendar that at this time presents 32 World Cups ready to be disputed in a stable organization over four continents. The more and more professional venues, the decisive UMB increase of its financial participation and the greater public exposure thanks to our partner, Kozoom International, will surely bring our sports to new heights.
New challenges and objectives are being affronted opening new possibilities in new regions extending the exposure of our sports to a higher level of professionalism, all in the benefit of making our sports more attractive and accessible to the youth potential.
No doubt, the figures start becoming of great importance: nearly 19.400 3-Cushion matches, representing 1.360.000 points, including 770.000 for the winners, are expected for the coming 5 years. More than 30.000 hours of 3-Cushion billiards will be registered, and the player’s incentives will reach over 10 million Euros in the coming five years.
