The UMB Committee came together in Madrid during 6th and 7th of June 2015.
The situation concerning the resignation of its President, Mr. Jean-Claude Dupont, and the objectives for the near future were the main issues on the Order of the Day.
Before we may bring more information to the public, we need to obtain more clarity about the matter. Concerning the transfer of the administration, an extra audit has been decided, to be conducted by external Auditors.
To avoid any speculations, we will provide you on a later stage with more tangible information, as soon as we receive the results of this audit and the conclusion of other pending matters in this regard.
Independently of these issues, the UMB Committee decided unanimously to hold the 2016 Congress and Ordinary General Assembly in Cairo, on the 16th of January 2016. The main purpose of this Assembly is to present a plan for a promising future of the UMB, with substantially increased stability.
The UMB Committee follows this steps with the confidence that this will be in the full benefit of the Sport and counts on your support and understanding that will positively guide us into a better future.
