Sinop 2014 is a continuation of the world championship series for women which has been held ever since its first edition in Valencia (SPA) in 2006, Hoensbroek (HOL) in 2008 , Sivas (TR) in 2010 and Tokyo (JAP) in 2012. The next edition will be held during the season of 2016/2017.
