Dong Koong Kang Champion of the Guri World Cup.

The brilliant South Korean player Dong Koong Kang proclaimed himself winner of the Korean World Cup after beating the Spanish player Daniel Sanchez by 40/28 in 12 innings.

The winner of the tournament had to win from NGO Dinh Nai in the semi-finals, from the Japanese Tatsuo Arai in the quarter-finals, from the Swedish Torbjon BLOMDAHL and from the Japanese Ryuuji UMEDA in the sixteenth-finals; three world champions to contest which he settled with the impressive scores of 30,12,15,31 and 12 innings, which means a general average of 2,000.<o:p></o:p>

Daniel Sanchez, with 10 innings in the semi-finals against Jeremy Bury from France, obtained the best personal score of the tournament. <o:p></o:p>

Jeremy Bury and the Vietnamese player Dinh Nai Ngo joined him on the winning podium. <o:p></o:p>

The players provided for a spectacular show in a World Cup that unfolded in a fantastic setting and which was followed by thousands of fans, both live and through the Kozoom platform.<o:p></o:p>

Next year, in 2014, South Korea will host another edition of the World Cup, which will consist of a series of 6 World Cups and the stand-alone 3-cushion World Championship that will be held consecutively.<o:p></o:p>

The next event will be in Greece, already in two weeks, where the Peloponnese-IBThella聽 World Cup will be held between 16 and 22 September.
