This past February UMB and AuraPortal company reached a collaboration agreement for the implementation of their prestigious BPMS system (Business Process Management Suit) thanks to the patronage of Juan José Trilles Foundation for Development of Knowledge and Art . This foundation has promoted in the past two years extremely interesting activities as the Juanjo Trilles Cup, the Juanjo Trilles Challenge Trilles and the Juanjo educational video first published by Juanjo Trilles School by which the technique and the physics involved in the “coup de massé” are explained.
As planned today December 22nd UMB launches its new portal UMB-CAROM which together with the existing sports portal UMB.ORG provides a complete information to both athletes and amateurs. It has an "on line" store with UMB merchandising, as well as the ability to send short messages and register suggestions, both personalized, and the club directory will allow to receive the newsletter that will be published periodically by UMB.
The platform will integrate the entire process of UMB international communication with the press and will be a strong support for the development of the activities of our organization.
Amongst the various internal processes that includes the new portal are the administrative relations with UMB member federations and which primary objective is to establish the necessary databases for the evaluation and monitoring of our potential as international sport.
In short, we aim to improve and streamline internal and external communications of the UMB, open channels of continuous contact with professional news agencies, the press and in general promote our sport in the world, sponsors and of the most outstanding athletes. Finally establish marketing processes to enhance public awareness of international activities in the sport of billiards.
